We pride ourselves on our service and product quality. We hope that every customer will be completely satisfied with his or her purchase; however, we realize that returns are sometimes necessary. If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a full refund – minus shipping and handling. You will simply need to provide your order number, e-mail address associated with your order and a brief description of the problem. We will then contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Simply visit the Contact Us section and complete the form.
We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA number.
Credit card refunds may take a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping for returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer, however, we will refund the original shipping and handling costs and there are never any restocking fees.
