The recommended dosage for all natural Alistrol (blood pressure/heart health supplement) is 3 capsules, twice daily (once in the morning, empty stomach and once in the evening). For all natural Naavudi (blood sugar supplement), it is 3 capsules, twice daily (once in the morning, empty stomach and once in the evening). For all natural Mood Effex, it is 2 capsules, twice daily (once in the morning, empty stomach and once in the evening). For CLE Mineral Drops, take 10 drops daily with either juice or water to maintain optimal health. Take 20 drops daily if suffering from any type of health condition or disease. Best results noticed within 2 to 4 weeks of regular use. Finally, for the CLE Vitamin D3, take one capsule daily.
